There are three types of opportunities to support OCPRSA:

- Individual general program sponsorships
- Information below
- Individual specialty program sponsorship (PROTOS, DE&I, YoPro, Senior Roundtable)
- Specific sponsorship details for specialty programs to become available as events are planned
Communications Outreach
The following outreach opportunities are available for those interested in reaching OCPRSA’s audiences:
- One custom e-blast or blog post distributed to over 1,500 OCPRSA subscribers - $500
- Sponsor must submit copy and graphics within specs
- Sponsor must submit copy and graphics one week before desired distribution date
- Content is subject to Board approval
- One custom post on Facebook (1,300+ fans), Twitter (2,700+ followers) and LinkedIn (500+ followers) - $250
- Sponsor must submit copy and graphics within specs
- Sponsor must submit copy and graphics one week before desired distribution date
- Content is subject to Board approval
Individual General Program Sponsorship
SAPPHIRE SPONSOR $5,000 (1-2 available per event)
- Reserved table for up to six guests OR six tickets
- Branded item at each place setting OR for each guest
- Acknowledgment from stage
- Logo and hyperlink (when applicable) included on all of specific event’s printed, digital, and social media collateral and email communications
- Logo and brief 'about sponsor' with custom hyperlink on specific event’s web page
- Single custom post-summit email blast to approx 1,500 subscribers and social media post*

GOLD SPONSOR $2500
- Reserved table for up to four guests or four tickets
- Acknowledgment from stage
- Logo and hyperlink (when applicable) included on all specific event’s printed, digital and social media collateral and email communications
- Logo and brief 'about sponsor' with custom hyperlink on specific event’s web page
- Quoted in an email blast to approx 1,500 subscribers, blog and social media post
SILVER SPONSOR $1,000
- Two reserved seats for two guests or two tickets
- Acknowledgment from stage
- Logo and hyperlink in all specific event’s email communications
- Inclusion in the post-event blog recap
- Post-event acknowledgment social media
BRONZE SPONSOR $750
- Reserved seating for up to two guests or two tickets
- Acknowledgment from stage
- Logo and hyperlink on specific event’s web page and materials
- Post-event acknowledgment on social media
BRIGHT FUTURE SPONSOR $500
(provides tickets to local PRSSA members at no cost)
- One ticket for sponsor use
- Acknowledgment from stage
- Logo and hyperlink on specific event’s web page and materials
- Post-event acknowledgment on social media
IN-KIND SUPPORTERS
We are looking for businesses that want to gain exposure by offering their goods or services at no cost for the specific event. In-kind opportunities include decor and centerpieces, door prizes or gift donations, venue space and more.
